I bought Pro and it's locked again.
Open the paywall (the Go Pro badge or any locked option) and tap "Restore purchase" at the bottom. Purchases follow your App Store or Google Play account, so use the same account you bought with.
The key sounds aren't playing.
Check the speaker icon in the app's top bar — the sound pack may be set to Off. On iPhone, Klackety plays through the silent switch, but check your volume isn't all the way down.
When does the daily challenge reset?
At midnight in your local timezone. One attempt per day — finishing a run locks it in until the next one lands.
My streak disappeared.
Streaks count consecutive days with a completed daily run. Missing a full calendar day resets the count. Reinstalling the app also clears local data, including streaks.
